Cherry: Holds The Key

Rich in color and intensely sweet, cherries are more than just a delicious snack. This succulent fruit is claimed to yield serious health dividends for the bones, joints, and even help keep somebody youthful.

But perhaps one of the most impressive things about cherries is just how much of a group of antioxidants called anthocyanins they contain, giving them that deep red color.
