Cucumber: Aids Digestion

Cucumber is a refreshing and renowned salad vegetable that does not stop at giving a crunchy bite to one’s meal. Filled with mineral-rich fluids, cucumber plays a significant role in digestion aid as it helps with hydration within the body.
